Spencer Hunt was previously a Vice President with Avison Young, specializing in tenant leasing and representation. Spencer represented key clients as well as well-located spaces around Middle Tennessee. Prior to joining Avison Young, Spencer worked for Merrill Lynch, developing a strong background in financial analysis, portfolio management, sales and client management. Originally from Memphis, his family construction background adds experience and value to his clients.
Since joining Avison Young, Spencer has worked hand-in-hand with tenants that are looking to expand both in Middle Tennessee as well as across the state. As part of part of this well- diversified team, Spencer has helped mixed-use developers implement successful leasing strategies from start to finish. Representing both landlords and tenants helps Spencer add a unique value to his clients.
