Stan's real estate career began in the 80's in Alabama as a Real Estate investor in residential homes, then later branching out to beach and mountain properties. In 1994 his wife's job transferred to Clemson, SC where he was introduced to pristine Lake Keowee and beautiful mountain and golf course properties in the golden corner of South Carolina. He launched his full-time Real Estate sales career in 2008. He has come to specialize in lake front and golf course homes. The upstate portion of South Carolina has become one of the favorite retiree areas of the southeast with its mild climate, four seasons and inexpensive living costs.
