Stanton has been active in retail real estate since 1991, serving the needs of various retailers throughout North Florida. Stanton has closed more than 700 retail real estate transactions totaling over $350 million in deal volume. Prior to the formation of Pine Street/RPS, LLC, Stanton oversaw the brokerage office of Trammell Crow Company.
While at Trammell Crow, every consecutive year he was the top producer for the North Florida office and was also recognized as the top overall retail broker in Florida. Clients include Biggby Coffee, Capital Tacos, Capriotti’s, CarMax, Cooper’s Hawk, Fantastic Sam’s, Grease Monkey, Kairos Greek Kitchen, Marco’s Pizza, Mission BBQ, PeiWei, Shipley Do-Nuts, SuperCuts, Taco Bell, The Great Greek, Whataburger and a variety of local and regional restaurants, retailers and other property owners.
Stanton is a member of the Retail Brokers Network Executive Board, a group of 60 elite retail firms across the U.S., and will be president in 2025.
