Steen Spove has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate development, management and leasing. Steen is so prolific in the restaurant development community that he’s affectionately know as the “Pancake Man” because of his work with IHOP. He has developed more than 100 locations with the company. He is also one of only two preferred developers for doughnut giant Krispy Kreme.
Aside from delicious breakfast foods, Steen’s areas of expertise include Commercial Real Estate site selection, Build-to-Suit development, Lease Negotiation, Financing and Deal Management. Because of his honesty and insight, Steen has earned the trust of a broad network of professionals and organizations within each of those areas, which he uses to minimize risk and maximize outcomes for clients.
