As President of R New York, one of NYC’s largest real estate brokerage companies, she leads a seasoned management team responsible for nearly 800 licensed agents and provides comprehensive guidance in every facet of the business. She has additionally enjoyed a notable career as a top-producing agent who knows the ropes and heads up The Berkin Team at the firm, serving clients with the same passion, dedication and expertise.
Also in her tenure, Stefani introduced a full real estate education curriculum in 2015 built around seminars from industry leaders and specialists to support agent needs. Stefani’s interest in real estate has been lifelong. She got her license while in college, and after graduating with honors from the University of Michigan, joined the ranks of prominent brokerages like Douglas Elliman and The Modlin Group. Stefani is currently a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Real Estate Divisions of YJP, UJA, AIPAC, and FIDF, and The Harmonie Club of New York City.
Residing on the Upper East Side with her husband and two children, Stefani is an avid tennis player and enjoys dance, theater, fitness and fashion. She gives back to her community as an active supporter of Dress for Success, The New York City Rescue Mission, City Harvest, and Race for the Cure.
