Stephanie began her career as a leasing agent in the DFW area in 1999. With more than twenty years of experience in the multifamily industry, she has extensive knowledge in operational execution and performance management. Stephanie’s vast experience with properties in various operational phases include stabilized operations, value-add renovations, dispositions, and acquisitions which expand over Texas and Arizona. Prior to joining Billingsley in 2019, Stephanie was with Knightvest Management as V.P. of Operations and as a Regional Property Manager. During her career she has also held various property management positions with Gables Residential, Apartment Trust of America and Mission Residential. Stephanie’s experience has led her to focus on strategic property operations in developing policies, streamlining business practices, implementing procedures and customer service incentives. She loves assisting in the growth and development of new assets along with building dynamic teams.
