<br /><br />Hello, I would like to introduce myself to you. I am Stephanie Alberty-Cox I am Mayes County born and bred. I have 9 years experience listing and selling Real Estate in Mayes County where i specialize in Lake Hudson properties as well as Rural Mayes and Delaware County farms and ranches. I returned to the Real Estate Industry in February 2016 after a 13 year hiatus to finish raising my family. <br /><br />I chose to join Lakeland Properties because they are one of the oldest established and most successful companies in this part of the state and the combined expertise of the agents in the office is second to none. I would love the opportunity to work with you or answer any questions you have assisting you with your Real Estate needs.<br /><br />I have spent the past 28 years serving my community in many areas including Sunday School & VBS teacher, as well as Awanas leader, Many years as Wickliffe 4H leader, 13 years as a Wickliffe School Board member, 6 years as grounds keeper for the Bryan Chapel Cemetery in Boatman and I have served on the Salina Area Chamber of Commerce board since 2008. <br /><br />I am married to Frankie and we have 4 children and two adorable grand babies. <br /><br />My hobbies are my kids of course, family adventures, fishing in the surrounding lakes and rivers, swimming in Saline Creek, volunteering in my community, gardening and collecting rusty junk! you see i can never pass up a good auction!! <br /><br />I have assisted my mother in all areas of operations at her convenience store Lakeside Jiffy Stop in Salina since 1985, as well as over many years working along side my brother and mother in our family owned commercial cow/calf operation and also served as my brothers milk hand on his commercial dairy farm. <br />
