Stephanie Polk joined Savills in 2021 as Corporate Managing Director based in Miami. Her responsibilities span regions and focus on representing national retailers in the development of comprehensive real estate strategies as well as advising CEOs and decisionmakers on commercial property portfolio management. Her client service approach is informed by her longstanding career as a corporate real estate leader.
Stephanie joined Savills from Office Depot, where she served on a team that executed the development and implementation of the international retailer’s short-and long-term real estate strategies for its domestic and international portfolios. Her responsibilities and achievements were diverse. Stephanie managed the team which oversaw the company’s 1200-plus retail locations, including the performance of third-party advisors. She also led the disposition of excess real estate, including the disposition of a $250 million owned property portfolio, which generated $160 million in liquidity in a retail sale/leaseback program. In addition, Stephanie oversaw the negotiation of more than 17 million square feet of leases for 30 supply chain locations, domestically and abroad; as well as the implementation of internal real estate process strategies to optimize operations in more than 115 offices nationwide.
Prior to Office Depot, Stephanie held roles at Giant Eagle, Inc., Lancore Realty, Inc., and Symcor Properties of Florida. Her diverse experience includes retail, supply chain and office real estate development, as well as commercial real estate brokerage and consulting.
