Bio
Steve Bean, a native of Oak Ridge Tennessee has lived in Lexington Kentucky for over 30 years. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Steve obtained his Certified Commercial Member (CCIM) in 1991 and The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in 2005. He has been active over his real estate career with numerous industry related organizations and is a strong supporter of continuing education for new and active members of each organization.
Steve began his career with Roadway Express. He then moved to Lexington with Triad Systems in the computer sales industry. In 1986, Steve joined First Security Realty and after 2.5 years became the Vice President of First Security National Bank, Trust Investment, Real Estate Department. With his current move in 1991, Steve is the co owner of Haymaker/Bean Commercial Real Estate. He is active in all aspects of commercial brokerage, property management and the daily operations of the company.
