As an Associate Broker, Stephen is is a co-founder of Higher Ground Real Estate with his wife, Mary Katherine. Stephen has achieved membership in the NVAR (North Virginia Association of Realtors) Top Producer Sales Club. A native of Fairfax, Bilowus has witnessed the transformation of the local housing market and has an innate talent for identifying profit-yielding properties.
