Born and raised in Toccoa, GA, Stephen Caudell has been an integral part of Hammock Realty since 2013. With a real estate legacy in his family, thanks to his trail-blazing real estate developer father, Stephen gained insights into the industry from a young age. His deep local knowledge sets him apart and makes him a valued asset to our company.
Stephen’s journey into real estate began early, even during his teenage years. He started developing real estate projects during this time, showcasing his innate talent and passion for the field. By the impressive age of 21, he had already established a thriving Trucking company. However, Stephen’s heart remained set on his true passion – real estate. In 2014, he decided to sell his successful hauling business to fully pursue his lifelong dream.
Since joining Hammock Realty, Stephen has consistently demonstrated his prowess, earning a reputation as a top producer in the area. His extensive knowledge of the local market, combined with his dedication and hard work, has contributed to his remarkable success in the real estate field.
Outside of his professional achievements, Stephen’s personal life is equally fulfilling. He is a proud husband to Kim and a devoted father to two sons, Britt and Benjamin.
