Bio
Stephen attended Utah Valley University and Missouri State University, where he studied
finance. Stephen has been affiliated with the American Equities Group of Companies for the
past 20 years. He founded American Equities Group of Companies fifteen years ago. He has
operated and ran several large companies such as American Homes, a residential home
building company, a real estate development company; American Equities of Missouri, Inc.,
a realty company, American Equities Realty and most recently a property management
company, American Equities Management Group. Stephen has recently launched the Texas
Growth Fund IIIC, where his sole focus will be on the acquisition and management of large
apartment home communities.
Stephen has worked in all aspects of operations of the business including acquisitions, joint
ventures, raising capital, market research, construction, and property management. He has
effectively worked together with engineers, architects, construction crews, bankers, and
city officials in the development of residential subdivisions and commercial centers. He has
extensive knowledge and experience in streamlining projects and keeping them on-time
and on-budget.
Stephen has successfully raised over $133,000,000 for several entities, housing projects,
commercial projects, and for associate companies. Capital raised was for acquisition,
engineering, entitling, and construction of development projects. Money raised was
through equity and debt financing through investors, banking relationships, his personal
equity invested, and multiple partners in different companies.
Stephen manages the day to day operations of the Texas Growth Fund IIIC. He
communicates with key personnel on a daily basis and with key investors on a monthly
basis.
Stephen and his wife and four children reside in Allen, Texas.
