Stephen Cusano serves as Vice President for SVN, focusing on acquisition and disposition of office assets in the Chicago and Denver markets. Prior to joining SVN, Stephen oversaw asset management and brokerage services for office and retail assets in downtown Chicago at a full service boutique firm in the West Loop. Throughout his professional career, he has cultivated relationships with prominent office investors and utilizes them to maximize value for his clients.
Before entering the real estate industry, Cusano spent four years in banking with roles ranging from small business lending to commercial real estate underwriting at Old National Bank, the largest financial services bank holding company headquartered in Indiana.
