Bio
Mr. Dadourian oversees all of Lower Manhattan, south of Houston Street.
Mr. Dadourian began his career in 1985 as an office leasing specialist in mid-town Manhattan. In 1991 he co-founded DG Hart Associates. During his 20 years at DG Hart, the company grew to become a multi-disciplined brokerage and property management firm with expertise in office and retail leasing, investment sales, bankruptcy valuation services, and commercial property management. In 2003 the company became a member of NAI and began a successful international corporate service practice. NAI acquired the firm in 2006. Mr. Dadourian remained as Vice Chairman until 2009.
Mr. Dadourian is a third-generation property owner. His grandfather started a used clothing business in Chinatown where he rented space at 168 Canal Street. He acquired the property in 1936. As his business grew, he began to purchase additional property in the neighborhood. When he was a teenager Mr. Dadourian worked at some of these properties during the summer, operating the manual elevators and cleaning hallways and bathrooms. Years later, he helped his family to convert several of these properties from sewing factories to office use.
Mr. Dadourian received a BS in economics from Cornell University. He resides in Summit, NJ with his wife Lisa and their children Alex, Victoria, and Joseph.
