Stephen Gersbach joined CBRE with the acquisition of Trammell Crow Company in December of 2006. Steve began his real estate career with TCC in September 2003 and focused on tenant and landlord representation and cataloging Tenants located in Philadelphia’s western suburbs.
Steve now works as part of a team specializing in office and life sciences tenant and landlord representation. His responsibilities include market/site analysis and recommendations, lease negotiations and strategic business development.
The team is currently responsible for leasing Atwater - a 2.6 million square feet of build to suit available office space. Other assignments include the leasing of Korman Commercial Properties’ Six Sentry office complex in Blue Bell, PA.
