Steve Holland is a Senior Vice President, with a career focus on exclusively representing corporate tenants in their lease and purchase real estate transactions. Steve has more than 32 years of commercial real estate experience and has developed a strong ability to understand the operational and management objectives of his clients and translate them into real estate solutions that add value to their bottom line performance, enhance their competitive advantage and provide superior workplace environments. During his career, Steve has negotiated over 1,200 transactions, totaling more than 19 million square feet. He is a multiple Commercial Real Estate Association of San Diego “Deal Maker of the Year” award winner, and has negotiated three of the largest tenant representation transactions completed in San Diego – Intuit’s 500,000 square foot corporate campus, BD’s (Becton, Dickinson Company) 415,000 square foot Regional Center of Excellence, and CareFusion’s 411,000 square foot Tech Center in Sorrento Mesa.
