As a founding member of Old Harbour Partners, Stephen Pharr draws on 20 year’s stewardship in family office and commercial real estate. An additional 10 years of command inside business ownership, development, operations, and sales warrants a well-rounded game plan to quarterbacking Old Harbour’s undertakings. Stephen will also focus on bridging Carolinas & Georgia opportunities to OHP clients. The Pharr Family has been involved in commercial real estate for more than 100 years. Prior to OHP, Stephen oversaw corporate accounts, site selection, and brokerage as Managing Director at Merrifield Patrick Vermillion, a Carolinas full-service commercial real estate group. Before MPV, he was Partner at Collett, a full-service national development firm. There, he spearheaded the company’s expansion into the Southeast and Midwest with the opening of their Greenville (SC) and Dallas offices. Bolstering Collett’s leasing, landlord-tenant-buyer representation, outparcel development, and investment platforms.
