Bio
Derby "born and bred", Stephen began his career in commercial property in 1975 and has worked in Derby ever since. Following spells of 12 years (Board of Management) and 6 years (Area Director) at the Derby offices of two Midlands-wide commercial property consultancies, Stephen established Salloway Property Consultants in 1993.
Heading the Company's Land and Development division, Stephen's main responsibilities are to provide development advice from conception to exit; strategic advice for maximising land sales revenues; and major property/portfolio disposals. In addition, Stephen provides Landlord and Tenant advice principally in the areas of rent reviews and lease renewals. Stephen is also involved in a number of public/private sector "inward investment" initiatives.
A keen sportsman and supporter of all local teams, Stephen's real passion is to watch his sons play rugby and cricket.
