Stephen joins Sweetwater Capital with extensive experience within the financial sector. During his tenure as a commercial banker, Stephen specialized in providing tailored financing solutions to real estate investors as well as other businesses.
His areas of expertise include multi-family housing, office and retail space. He also has vast experience in the senior living space. Stephen also spent several years performing business development duties for a senior housing operator. In this capacity, he completed several facility acquisitions as well as land purchases for new construction. This role included obtaining financing for all projects, making Stephen acutely aware of how important the client experience is as a borrower.
Stephen graduated from the University of Dayton in 1997 with degrees in finance and accounting. He is also a non-practicing CPA.
When not putting deals together for clients, Stephen enjoys spending time with his children, skiing, playing golf and lacrosse. He also makes a mean mussels meuniere.
