Stephen Youngerman joined TRADD Commercial in 2018 and focuses on sales and leasing in the Myrtle Beach, SC MSA. A Myrtle Beach native, Youngerman brings an energetic blend of local connectivity and resident experience to the TRADD team.
Youngerman is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Mass Communications. Before real estate, Youngerman worked in hospitality management and sales in the local market where he developed strengths in customer service and networking and an appreciation for hard work and customer satisfaction.
Youngerman is a member of the First United Methodist Church in Myrtle Beach and is active in the community where he has served in fundraising roles for the American Heart Association, United Way Foundation and the Habitat for Humanity. He is a licensed South Carolina REALTOR® and is a member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, where he is a member of the Commercial Investment Division.
