Steve Albis began his real estate brokerage career in 1988 when he joined a Virginia based national hotel brokerage firm where he was a leader in the firm’s sales activities. During this time top organization of hotel brokers named Steve as an industry “Top Performer”. Steve was also recognized with the prestigious “10/10 Award” and twice recognized as the “Top Salesman South Atlantic Region”. In 2004, Steve formed CAS Hotel Advisors (CAS), a diversified brokerage and consultant firm, where he serves as the company’s President and Principal Broker. CAS provides brokerage, loan consulting, asset management reporting, and property evaluation services for lodging facilities in the Mid-Atlantic and South East Regions of the United States. Since its formation, CAS has successfully completed a diversified brand of limited and full-service lodging properties. Prior to his brokerage activities, Steve was a partner in a Richmond based hospitality ownership and management company that operated lodging properties in Virginia and North Carolina. Steve was also instrumental in the formation of a family-owned company that operated five restaurants in Central Virginia.
