Steve Berman is a Managing Director with Savills Calgary office, where he specializes in tenant representation in downtown and suburban Calgary. Steve utilizes a deliberate, analytical and process-centric approach that is tailored to address how end users experience, function and utilize an office environment. His goal is to help them achieve a productive and profitable usage of space.
Steve understands his clients’ business and industry, providing analytical and objective solutions which deliver top and bottom line results.
Steve joined Savills in 2021 after serving as a Senior Associate at Colliers, where he worked for nearly six years as a commercial tenant representative. He completed a number of notable transactions for prominent companies, including GLJ Ltd., Tamarack Valley Energy, Nureva, Sagium Corporation and Harvard Energy, amongst others.
Steve volunteers with his son’s Timbits hockey team and is a board member on the West Springs Cougar Ridge Community Association. Prior to commercial real estate, Steve worked for Precision Drilling on several drilling rigs, followed by 8 years in the recruitment industry, winning several awards including the 2013 Adecco Canada award for year-over-year profit growth.
