Mr. Blair is the Senior Vice President and head of the due diligence department where he manages Strategic Property Associates, LLC's CMBS due diligence, CRE portfolio due diligence and new loan underwriting. He has been with Strategic Property Associates since 2013. Mr. Blair has deep banking and commercial real estate experience including construction finance and workouts, commercial real estate finance and acquisitions, workouts, merger due diligence, CMBS re-underwriting due diligence, etc. Prior to working with Strategic Property Associates, LLC, he worked as a senior underwriter with CW Capital Investments in its subordinate bond acquisition division. Prior to this, Mr. Blair was with Arthur Andersen and Crocker National Bank (now Wells Fargo Bank). Mr. Blair attended the University of California Berkeley undergraduate business school with an emphasis in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics with a secondary emphasis in Finance.
