Mr. Body is a medical real estate specialist focusing on the disposition of Medical Office Building (MOB) and Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASC) portfolios, and occasionally, medical practices. He works closely with public and private healthcare REITs, investment funds, private equity groups, High-Net Worth investors and family offices. Analyzed over $10 Billion institutional and private real estate investments for some of the largest banks and investment funds in the country. As a trusted adviser, he provided investment analysis and buy/sell recommendations for hundreds of transactions ranging from $1 Million to $250 Million for all major property types – office, retail, industrial, multifamily, land and condominium developments in various stages of entitlement. He sold over $75 Million Medical Office Buildings and Surgery Centers.
Education
Dr. Body graduated from Harvard University with an undergraduate and a Master's degree. He completed an additional Master in Finance from Brandeis University, and obtained an MBA and a Ph.D in finance.
