Steve “Bogie” Bogoyevac, a senior managing director investments of Marcus & Millichap and founder of Bogie Investment Group, is a veteran apartment and 1031 exchange specialist of the Long Beach, South Bay, Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Bogie has brokered over $1.6 Billion of investment real estate and been awarded Marcus & Millichap’s South Bay/Long Beach Agent of the Year for eight years running. Bogie was also recognized as one of the firm's Top Producers for 2018. He has focused the majority of his 18-year career on multifamily properties and serves as a senior director of Marcus & Millichap’s National Multi Housing Group. Bogie also offers experience with a range of net leased, retail, office, industrial and other property types.
