Before entering commercial real estate, Mr. Braun owned and operated an international apparel manufacturing and distribution business. His first-hand knowledge of the roles real estate and associated expenses play in a successful business enterprise has helped him advise clients in the cost-effective and efficient use of facilities and operations.
