Steve Dodds, a veteran of the commercial real estate industry, specializes in industrial sales, leasing and site searches as well as the redevelopment of existing buildings. Since joining Norris, Beggs & Simpson in 1984, Steve has built a comprehensive client portfolio comprised of individuals, small companies and some of Portland’s institutional corporations. He has represented Spieker Properties, PacTrust and Schnitzer Investment. Most recently, Steve represented Weston Investment Company and the Poorman-Douglas Corporation during the sale of the Poorman-Douglas Building for $9.75 million.
Steve, a native of Portland, received a B.A. in Political Science from Whitman College. He is a licensed broker in Oregon and is active in professional and civic organizations.
