Steve Dumont was born in Berlin, NH and after high school moved to Hampton. He started buying real estate for investments in the early 90’s. Always in sales and marketing, real estate fascinated him and he went on to own over 70 commercial units from Hampton to Rochester. With this many units an in house management company was formed as well as a design and construction team to do fit up’s and build outs for his tenants. Knowing the real estate business very well, projects such as the Drift Resort Condo’s at Hampton Beach was completed taking a rundown hotel and turning it into 24 high end luxury condo’s. Personally selling 20 of the 24 units it was decided to add a residential division to the Dumont Property Group. “I feel the RE/MAX franchise meets the needs for residential and luxury home sales and a has a great commercial division.
