As Senior Managing Director, Steve is responsible for all Northern California real estate activities for SteelWave. During his 34 year career, he has entitled and completed over six million square feet of ground up development at a cost of over $1.8 billion and acquired & sold in excess of $4 billion of office and industrial assets. Steve has been with SteelWave for 23 years. He is a partner in SteelWave and all of its northern California real estate ventures and serves as an Investment Committee member.
Prior to joining SteelWave, Steve worked at Kemper Real Estate Management Company and at Bedford Properties, Inc.
