Mr. Epling is a Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Services for Triumph Real Estate Corporation and specializes in tenant representation in the Denver market and around the United States. Prior to joining Triumph, Mr. Epling was a Senior Vice President and a National Director of Corporate Services for Coldwell Banker Commercial, one of the largest commercial real estate organizations in the world. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, Mr. Epling served as Vice President and Director of Asset Management for southern Colorado''''s largest real estate management and investments firm, with a 3.5 million square-foot portfolio of real estate valued in excess of $250 million. Prior to that, he was General Manager for LaSalle Partners Limited, managing and leasing their 1.5 million square-foot Denver real estate portfolio.
Mr. Epling has over 14 years of commercial real estate experience. During that time, he has completed hundreds of separate leasing transactions with local, regional and national tenants. These transactions total well above one million square feet of space and represent over $90 million in consideration.
Mr. Epling has managed and leased buildings and portfolios for some of the nation''''s largest institutional owners of real estate, including Allstate Insurance Company, State of California Public Employees'''' Retirement Association (CALPERS) and Colorado Public Employees'''' Retirement Association (PERA).
Mr. Epling is a former military officer and served in numerous positions within Infantry units of the 24th Infantry Division (Mechanized) at Fort Stewart, Georgia.
Mr. Epling has published numerous articles on real estate and has taught seminars at Coldwell Banker Commercial''''s Annual Conference.
Mr. Epling received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York in 1984. He currently lives in Highlands Ranch with his wife Mimi and their two children, Mary and Stephen.
