Founder of SK Goodman Real Estate, Steve, is a NC licensed commercial and residential real estate broker and a member of Charlotte Regional Realtor Association and Charlotte Commercial Property Exchange. Steve found his passion for real estate as a young man while helping his father build apartments in the Midwest. Steve has been active in property management, refurbishment at a young age, and grown his interests into commercial real estate since founding the company. As a Division I Scholarship athlete at Southeast Missouri State University, Steve learned the foundation of teamwork. His dedication, hard work, and respect are traits he learned as a US Marine. Steve's life experiences, his professionalism and his loyalty to his clients allow him to provide a common sense approach within his business. This approach has helped him develop honorable and successful relationships with clients. Steve is married with three children and resides in Huntersville, NC. He enjoys golf, travel, watching sporting events, remodeling properties and spending time with family in his free time.
