Assembled acreage in North Richland Hills for Walmart Supercenter and Super
Target. Participated in assemblage of several tracts in Euless consummating in a
Super Target opening fall, 2001. Responsible for the entrance of CVS Pharmacy
into Tarrant County resulting in 13 different site acquisitions with the first celebrated
CVS store opening in Texas. Twenty-one sites for CVS have been approved through
September 2003 with eleven stores opened for business.
