On January 1, 2002, Steve and Bob Moore purchased Moore and Associates, Inc. which has been Rochester’s most respected real estate brokerage company for over 45 years. The company was renamed to Moore Corporate Real Estate in 2004 and is one of Rochester’s largest locally owned commercial/industrial real estate Brokerage Company. A 1993 Graduate of the Ohio State University with a degree in Communications, Steve has been working in the field of commercial real estate since 1994. As the managing broker, Steve is responsible for the supervision and professional development of the associate brokers and has a complete understanding of the brokerage business. Through personal relationships and experience, Steve has an extensive history effectively assisting businesses, municipalities and not-for-profit organizations in the Greater Rochester area.
