Steve Nordberg has over 25+ years of combined experience in the Arizona real estate market. He has raised capital from private equity investors, originated residential real estate loans, originated and underwrote commercial real estate loans and since 2001 has been a commercial real estate broker specializing in the industrial market. He is also an investor in both land and income properties.
Steve has been involved in the past with the economic development community as a member of the Arizona Association of Economic Development and was also a member of the Paradise Valley Village Planning Committee for the City of Phoenix.
Steve holds a BA degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
Steve and his wife, Debbie, reside in Scottsdale.
