Steve has extensive expertise in commercial brokerage services which include retail, land, and investment properties. He has over 24 years of real estate experience in acquisitions, dispositions, single-tenant build-to-suit developments, retail development, site selection for retail and restaurants, and public agency representation. He also has extensive experience in tenant/buyer representation of national corporate and franchisee restaurant chains.
