Steve Schnur is responsible for the asset management of retail properties located in the US on behalf of large custom account clients. Since joining LaSalle in 2004, Steve has been responsible for the management, leasing and repositioning of multiple classes of retail properties, including grocery-anchored, power centers and lifestyle properties.
Prior to joining LaSalle, Steve worked at Prime Retail, a developer and operator of outlet shopping centers, from 1994 to 2004. During his ten years at Prime, he held positions as Leasing Representative, Asset Manager, Senior Financial Analyst and Corporate Accountant.
Steve is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Maryland and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds their Certified Retail Executive designation.
