Bio
Mr. Schwartz is a New York based real estate developer. He co-founded TVG Partners and is a Managing Partner of the company, overseeing its development and acquisitions efforts. He also manages TVG Partners International which focuses on self storage opportunities in Europe.
Mr. Schwartz has experience with all facets of the development cycle, from sourcing new projects and raising capital, to acting as general contractor and managing property operations. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute. Prior to entering real estate, Mr. Schwartz worked as an investment banker for Solomon Brothers where he covered the home building sector. He graduated summa cum laude with degrees in finance and economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and has an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is an avid cyclist and runner.
