Steve specializes in office sales and leasing. Since 2005, he has been involved in the leasing and sales of over 4.2M SF of office space with transactions total over $600M. Steve’s 2021 transactions totaled over $80M, including over 700,000 SF of office sales.
Steve’s primary focus is developing comprehensive and strategic real estate plans. In addition to structuring and negotiating office leases, Steve’s expertise is assisting with the acquisition and disposition of leased properties. By setting goals and effectively communicating throughout the process, Steve has maintained a high success rate with deal progression and completion.
