Steve Sieber serves as a Principal with TCC in Portland where he sources and manages development opportunities for existing and new clients in industrial, office and mixed use projects. He is responsible for all aspects of the development and investment process including economic analysis of land acquisitions, market research, feasibility analysis, project finance and capital structuring, due diligence, project entitlements, leasing and disposition.
