CAREER SUMMARY
Steve Styza started his career as an intern for Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke and quickly elevated into
the role of a licensed Real Estate Advisor. He is a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors
Wisconsin (CARW), Independent Business Association of Wisconsin (IBAW) and the Waukesha County
Business Alliance (WCBA). Steve was raised in the real estate business and his family has been very
successful in developing multifamily and residential subdivision projects throughout south east
Wisconsin.
EDUCATION
Styza graduated from Winona State University in 2016 where he received degrees in Business
Administration and Human Resources Management. He was also a 5-year member of the Winona State
Football Team.
