With 30 years of experience in the St. Louis market, Steve Tharpe has an established track record of providing commercial real estate services to corporate users as well as property owners and investors. Steve’s skill in strategic assessment and his leadership of client assignments has led to over 750 successful transactions with an aggregate value of nearly $850 million.
In 2010, Steve joined Colliers International’s St. Louis office to serve as Executive Vice President and act as a brokerage services mentor to the commercial brokers and staff helping to grow the firm’s reputation in the local business community. As a principal with the firm, Steve’s veteran status and successful reputation in the St. Louis market has helped the firm grow to nearly 50 employees locally.
He’s a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has held numerous board positions for organizations such as CCIM St. Louis and St. Louis Association of Realtors (SLAR). In 2013, Steve was inducted into Colliers International’s Everest Hall of Fame for being a Top 10 Producer in the Americas. Additionally, Steve was recently initiated into Midwest Real Estate News’ Class of 2013 Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame.
