Steve Watkins has lived in Denton County for most of his life, graduating from both Denton High School and The University of North Texas. As a long time resident and successful entrepreneur in Denton County, Steve knows the properties (and the people who own them) as few in the County do. After graduation from UNT, Steve started his own collision repair business and leased his first commercial property. This led to his leasing and subleasing various properties in the County and, ultimately his developing land adjacent to I-35 to a build a state-of-the-art facility for his collision repair business.
Steve's knowledge of the Denton market, along with his invaluable experience as a small business and property owner give him unique insight in the market. Steve's strong relationships with the City and County officials, business owners and the brokerage community have helped make him a consistent top producer.
