Steve Witten is a senior director specializing in the institutional multifamily market from Marcus & Millichap’s New Haven office. Mr. Witten’s experience of over thirty-five years in the industry encompasses the entire Northeast and with his partner, Victor Nolletti, he has closed more than $2 billion in major multifamily sales throughout the country. He started with Marcus & Millichap in 1999 and has earned 10 Sales Recognition Awards. He has also received eight exclusive National Achievement Awards and one Chairman’s Club achievement. He joined the prestigious Seven Figure Club in 2005. Steve was born and raised in New Haven, Connecticut; graduated from Temple University in 1973 with a BS in Psychology and went on to The University of Pennsylvania for graduate studies in Behavioral Psychology. He is considered one of the nation’s foremost authorities on apartment evaluation, marketing and brokerage.
