Steve Yoon serves as the Senior Managing Director of Development in the Seattle Market. In this role, Mr. Yoon is responsible for all aspects of the development process, including site acquisition, design, entitlements, financing, and eventual disposition.
Prior to joining Mill Creek in 2016, Mr. Yoon served as Director of Development at Wood Partners. Since beginning his career in 2006, he has successfully developed or managed approximately 2,500 apartment homes in Seattle and Portland.
Mr. Yoon received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at University of California, Berkeley and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
