Steve is the founder of Sunset Gold Realty, LLC. Licensed since 1987, he has consummated numerous transactions which include the lease, acquisition, disposition, development, sale-leaseback and consultation of commercial investment assets. He has expertise in identifying, structuring and negotiating a variety of transactions ranging from single tenant assets to multi-tenant assets and land assets to income producing assets.
Steve is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, and Rhode Island.
Prior to opening Sunset Gold Realty, LLC, Steve was with an independently owned office of a nationally branded real estate company where he headed and expanded the commercial division. He participated in the structure, financing and negotiations of many national and international projects at the corporate level in New York
