With more than 22 years of experience in commercial real estate, Steve is able to assist his clients in multiple aspects of the business. More specifically, Steve specializes in the industrial side of commercial real estate in the city of Santa Clara and has done so ever since he joined the Colliers team in 1987. Focus Steve's goal is to provide knowledgeable service focused on industrial sales and industrial leasing sectors of the business. He deals directly in the “Owner/User” market representing both Sellers/Owners and Buyers/Tenants. Outside the office, Steve enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf and spending time at his mountain house in Bear Valley.
