Steven D. Bass is an Executive Vice President with NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services Group. His focus is on assisting clients with strategic real estate planning, financial analysis and market research. Steve excels at both product and tenant representation predominately in the I-90 Northwest, Northwest Cook and Central DuPage submarkets.
During his career, Steve has represented companies such as Box Partners, Maines Paper and Food Services, Safety Socket, Hydrox Laboratories, Chicago Importing, National Kitchen & Bath Cabinets, Media Monkey, Kabat America and Premier Transportation & Warehousing. In addition to representing with these occupier client, Steve has partnered with institutional owners and developers including Stockbridge Capital Group, Venture One, Exeter Property Group, Midwest Industrial Funds, Interstate Partners LLC and numerous private investment owners.
