Steven Dorsky joined Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC in April 2016, bringing with him 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining the company, Steven spent 18 years at DDR, a highly regarded, publicly traded REIT. As Senior Vice President of Leasing for the Northern Region, he was responsible for maximizing asset value through new leasing, lease renewals, and redevelopment of a portfolio of approximately 160 shopping centers comprised of more than 30 million square feet.
During his career, Steven has negotiated multiple deals with many national best-in-class retailers, including Bed Bath & Beyond, buybuy BABY, Christmas Tree Shops, Michaels, JOANN, TJX Companies (T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, and HomeGoods), Dick’s Sporting Goods, Sports Authority, Giant Eagle, Best Buy, hhgregg, Cinemark, Party City, DSW, PetSmart, Staples, Books-A-Million, Old Navy, The Fresh Market, ULTA Beauty, Talbots, Famous Footwear, Big Lots, Hobby Lobby, Five Below, Hallmark, Cost Plus World Market, Ascena Retail Group (dressbarn, Lane Bryant, Justice, Catherines, and maurices), Chipotle, Five Guys, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Firehouse Subs, Skyline Chili, Rusty Bucket, Pizza Hut, Hardy’s, and First Watch.
Steven specializes in retailer site selection and analysis, leasing, and development/redevelopment. His current tenant representation clients include Kay Jewelers, Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Bruster’s Real Ice Cream, Potbelly, Profile by Sanford, Eyemart Express, The Vitamin Shoppe, Bishops Cuts and Color, Shred415, Salons By JC, and Big Tex Trailers.
