Steve is a prominent occupier representative with a real estate career spanning over 35 years. Steve has completed more than 800 transactions totaling over 13 million square feet. A native Chicagoan, Mr. Eyler studied real estate and finance at Miami University of Ohio, graduating in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (Finance/Accounting major). He was previously Vice President for Development for the Sweetser Companies in Oklahoma City, responsible for development, construction, leasing, tenant improvement coordination and management of first class suburban
office buildings.
