Steven Kays is the CEO of the California Business Center (CBC). The CBC is home to more companies than any other building in Solano, Napa, and Yolo Counties. The CBC not only rents space – it also looks to purchase office buildings. CBC’s current property purchase criteria is based on a few key tenets: look for medium to large office suites in buildings from 10,000 – 15,000 SF, look for cost-effective investments that make financial sense, ensure the location makes strategic sense (near I-80 in Fairfield, Suisun, or Vacaville), and find a seller who has an ethical history.
